Where are your cards made?We proudly design and print our cards in Canada! In fact our printer is right in our backyard, ensuring the continued support of our community.

What are the cards made of?Our cards are printed on a silk matte extra thick card stock. They have a light top coat to help keep the cards resilient of dirt without a high gloss finish that has proven to distract the mind while learning.

What service do you use for shipping?We send your cards by letter mail with Canada Post. Although it may take a bit longer for you to receive your order, this is the most cost effective way to sent mail and is offered to you FREE within North America.

Do you offer Returns or Exchanges?We do not offer returns or exchanges, all sales are final. If you receive your products damaged or defective, please contact us straight away - we will evaluate on a case to case basis.

Do you offer a wholesale option?Yes! We love our retailers and encourage you to get in touch if you are interested in carrying the Northern Sky Learning collection in your store.
